Pre-stream checklist! 

1. Find your access code email from GLOBAL LIVE.
2. Click PLAY NOW right before showtime.
3. SIGN IN and enjoy your show.

Tips:

- If you’ve signed in more than ten minutes before the show, refresh your browser window before the show starts.

- Missing your access pass? Double-check your junk mail and promotions folders.

- Experiencing connection issues? Refresh your stream, and ensure a strong internet connection. 

- Need to switch devices? Close your browser window completely, close your browser, and hit PLAY NOW again on your access pass. Please note that switching devices can take a minute or so before the code will become operational again. 

- Code not working? Double-check your code on your access pass matched exactly the one you’re entering.

Where is the livestream available?
Each event page lists what countries you can view that individual livestream. For any Global livestreams you can watch in all countries, excluding China and Indonesia.
How do I buy a ticket?
Click the BUY TICKET link on your selected event page.
What are my Payment Options?
A list of accepted payment options is included on checkout and include all major credit cards and PayPal in select countries.
Where is my ticket / access code?
You will receive an access email from GLOBAL LIVE. This will include your access pass code. This is your ticket to the show so do not lose it! Note: You will also receive an order confirmation from Eventbrite our ticketing partner.
Who do I contact about payment issues?
For all payment processing enquires, please contact Global Live's ticketing partner Eventbrite at http://eventbrite.com
How do I get a refund?
Unless expressly stated, there are no refunds.
Can I Share My Pass?
No, the unique code you receive as part of your ticket purchase can only be used to access one device at a time. If you try and use the code on two devices at the same time, it will not work.
Can I transfer My Pass?
Yes, you can update the details via Eventbrite. The new person will be issued a fresh code, and the original code will no longer be active.
Can I swap devices?
Yes, simply close the stream and close browser on your device, and connect again via the same code on the new device.
How do I ensure the best playback?
The quality of playback experience is largely dependent on your connection to Global Live's Vimeo playback servers. Your Internet speed can vary depending on many factors including time of day, WiFi quality and number of devices utilizing your connection.
Can I share the livestream publicly?
Access to and use of the Service is strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. Recording, reproduction, archiving, copying, replaying, monetising or sharing of any content accessed through the service in any way, is strictly prohibited.
